This is an ecological white wine 100% produced from viognier grapes from our vineyards located in Fontanars dels Alforins, Valencia, Spain.

Appearance:

Pale yellow-gold colour wine with a tinge of turquoise on the edges.

Nose:

The wine ?s nose is very intense, giving of the fragrance of citrus fruits and white flowers such as orange blossoms, with nice aromas of ripe stone fruits like peaches and apricots. Later, it offers honey and tropical fruit flavours and passion fruit notes. Mouth:

Unctuous in the mouth due to high levels of glycerine, with a fine acidity that provides a reminiscent of quince with milky and smoky notes.

Food pairing:

Its aromatic intensity and acidity allows us to pair with spicy dishes and strong sauces, but also with a wide range of cheeses, foies gras and smoky tastes.

The optimum operating temperature for this wine ranges between 8-10 ° C.
