Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Ripe red cherry colour, with iridiscent ruby red colour. Light teardrops, dense and slow fall. Clean and bright.

According to the nose sensations, it has got pronounced intensity and complexity. Mature fruit all over, jam, chocolate liqueur and toffee in a balsamic and mineral backgroung.

Great structure on the palate, meaty and pleasant. The main protagonist is the fruit with notes of sweet spices, fine pastries and exotic woods. Long and velvety with sweet, soft and mature tannins. Persistent, pleasant and enjoyable.
