Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

The nose is reminiscent of extremely ripe black fruits and plums.

Compotes and berries like blackberry, slight hints of varied

vegetables and a surprising note of gooseberry. It is accompanied by

sweet notes of toffee and chocolate chocolates, denoting its great

maturity. The wine?s complexity just never stops giving us delicious

aromas as it opens, like notes of tobacco leaves and cedar, with a

lovely wood taste that wraps it all together to perfection.

In the mouth it has everything: a great texture, almost like nutty

Comté cheese. Enveloping, weight, volume and, like always,

magnificent acidity
