Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

With this wine we want to transmit the essence of the typicity of the land. The elaboration in the winery is done carefully to respect the vineyard, formed by 5 old vines between 80 and 90 years old. Its soils are sandy and of fine gravel, located at 940 meters altitude in San Juan del Monte, eastern part of the Ribera del Duero (Burgos-Soria).

Colour: Deep cherry red with violet hues.

On the nose: Ripe fruit with intense balsamic aromas. Long lingering and complex.

On the plate: Ripe black fruit with herbal tones, long and powerful reflecting the soil typicity.
