The discrete aromatic and ripe spices are obtained from ripening in barrique barrels. The harmony received from the combination of seductive freshness and several grams of residual sugar give this wine an additional dimension and perfect smooth texture. These sorts are grown in a special microclimate – near the sea, on Dalmatian stone, where they receive plenty of sun and bora wind at 300 meters above sea level. Chilled to 16-18°C, it pairs perfectly with dishes made of bluefish, prosciutto, red meat, grilled vegetables, mushrooms, and especially shrimp buzara.
