Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Blend of 70% Termpranillo/15% Merlot and 15% Syrah, aged during 6 months in second use American and French oak barrels, plus 18 months rounding in the bottle.

It shows a garnet color, medium body, medium high acidity.

Complex and subtle aromas of American and French oak barrel stay plus the time in the bottle. Toasted aromas, tobacco, meat, earth, leather. Subtle tertiary aromas come as the bottle opens up.

Yet, fruit is present, matured red fruits, strawberry and red plum.
