Tasting notes

Intense purple red color. Complex nose with hints of red berries and cocoa. Frankly and generously attack in the palate, with a very nice concentrate and a soft tannin. The hints of red berries mixed with notes of spices and licorice. Very nice length in the final, powerful and elegant at the same time, which suggests a potential of guard between 5 and 8 years.

Food Pairing

Perfectly with a platter of lamb.
