Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Pale straw-yellow color with a greenish rim. Clean,

bright and crystalline with dense legs after swirling

the glass.

Clean and intense aromatics, lingering after-smell.

Citrus, tropical fruit and green apple aromas with

some herbaceous notes as well.

Lively and crisp on the palate. Balanced acidity

with a long aftertaste, where some characteristic

flavors of this variety stand out, such as citric,

tropical fruit or aniseed.
