Combining our best grapes ever grown with the new

technologies of vinification, Annozero extra dry is

born; to savor a modern interpretation of our past

prosecco. Excellent as an aperitif and for any moment

of encounter. Ideal march with light appetizers and dishes

with fish or white meat.

Harvest Time: The last ten days of September

Technology applied: Primary fermentation occurs in

stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of

15-16°C for 10 days. The secondary fermentation occurs

in stainless steel autoclaves at a temperature of about

14-15° C. Cycle time is about 40 days.

Total acidity: 6 g/l

pH: 3,20

Residual sugar: 14 g/l

Sensory Profile

Appearance: Straw yellow with green hues. Fine and

persistent bubbles.

Aroma: Fine and delicate aromas, with enveloping floral

notes of wisteria and acacia, accompanied by hints of

green apple and peach.

Palate: very pleasant with a good balance of acidity

and sugar, accompanies by a flavour that enhances

its persistence.
