Zeronove is achieved by a single and secondary fermentation process using only the natural sugars from cooled Glera grapes, in order to preserve and maintain their natural characteristics. A slow

fermentation process at low temperatures ensures the correct acidic structure, an excellent level of quality, and a full bouquet expressive of the land in which it was created.
