Vine-strain: Nebbiolo

Colour: intense ruby-red, after the ageing period with garnet-red reflections.

Perfume: delicate, scented, it exalts the fruity smells of strawberry and raspberry and with the characteristics ethereal ageing.

Flavour: dry, full-bodied, velvety and harmonic with good persistence.

Alcoholic strength: ± 14 degrees.

Aging period: wine of 36 months in oak barrels, then this wine will be good for 15 years after botling.

Gastronomic coupling: refined wine; it is a proper accompaniment to the second red meat, especially braised or roasted meats, cheeses and elaborate dishes like fondue and truffles. It can be served at 18-20°C
