Aging period: the wine after a long traditional fermentation, is aged 24 months in oak barrels, This wine will be good for 10 years after botling.

Gastronomic coupling: refined wine, it is a proper accompaniment to aristocratic dishes, such as fondue, venison and not too strong cheeses. To be served at 18-20°C.
