Colour: intense ruby wine

Perfume: delicate, fragrant, and fruity with the ethereal aging.

Flavour: soft, slightly tannic, and persistent.

Alcoholic strength: ±14 degrees

Aging period: wine of 12 months in little barrels (tonneaux).

Gastronomic coupling: recommended with dish of red meats, with first dish. It can be served at 18-20°C.
