Colour: Golden, bright with shades of turquoise.

Bubbles: Very small ascending pearls forming perfect strings that culminate in the formation of a magnificent crown.

Aroma: a slow ageing on lees has favoured the development of delicate toasted tones, reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts with a slight touch of apple.

Taste: its complex taste is a delight on the palate. The fine strings of bubbles create a world of sensations, again reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts, floral notes and candied fruits, and at the same time a pleasingly firm wine, ending with a refreshing hint of lime and passion fruit. The aftertaste is surprisingly long and elegant, with aromas on the nose that recall almond tart with zest of lemon.
