Grapes: Tempranillo (84%), Merlot (8%), Cabernet Sauvignon (4%), Syrah (4%)

Oak Barrel ageing: 4 months in American and French oak barrels.

Organoleptic characteristics: Red cherry color. Clean and shiny.

Honest bouquet with over-mature black fruit, licorice, and mineral aromas with pleasant spiced, smoked and cocoa hints.

It is tasty and full bodied in the mouth and halfway highlight a silky tactile sensations that come from a sweet and ripe tannin with toasted hints at the end.

Food pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats, stews, mushrooms, semi mature cheeses...

Best served: entre 15º C y 16º C.
