Cava elaborated from a rigorous selection of Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Parellada grapes from our older vines of 40 year old. Only bottled from excellent vintages. Aged for a minimum of 36 months in the bottle. A straw yellow coloured cava and a highly complex aroma of compote, and dry and roasted nuts. Ample and sophisticated on the palate with a lingering aftertaste. Recommended to accompany fine cuisine dishes or for drinking at any time of day.
