Wine tasting note:

Sight: Cherry colour with violet hues.

Nose: Good aromatic intensity which highlight the aromas of violet, ripe black fruit (blackberry, plum) with the balsamic and spicy characteristics of the Syrah variety, as well as the aging in barrel.

Palate: Recalling the aromas of ripe fruit with a salty and audacious touch. Quite gastronomic wine with a fresh and modern finish.
