This wine has spent at least 12 months in the cask. It is marketed
after October of the second year after the harvest.
The colours evolve from deep black cherry to red cherry. It has pronounced
violet hues on the rim, indicating enduring tones of youth.
The intense fruity aromas, blending with the characteristic subtleties of fine
woods, range from spicy vanilla, liquorice or clove to toasted and roasted aromas.
It is full bodied, structured and rounded, with a well balanced tannin component.
In the mouth it is velvety and full of flavours, with an impressively persistent
aftertaste and a strong, elegant finish.
