Vine-strain: 100% Nebbiolo.

Vinification: long traditional fermentation for

about 18 days.

Aging period: 24 months in big french oak

barrels.

Colour: intense ruby-red, with garnet

highlights.

Perfume: delicate and elegant, with raspberry

and violet scent, on background of sweet

spices.

Flavour: dry, full-bodied, very persistent.

Alcoholic strength: ± 14% Vol.

Gastronomic coupling: refined wine, it is a proper

accompaniment to aristocratic dishes, such as fondue, venison and

not too strong cheeses. To be served at about 18°C.
