Winemaking Process

Once the grapes have been destemmed, they are partially crushed. The must is then transferred to 13,000 Litre tronco?conic stainless steel vats where it undergoes a pre-fermentation cold maceration for 7 or 8 days to extract colour and primary aromas and flavours Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 26º-27º .15 days maceration process. Once the malolactic fermentation is finished the wine ages in French and American oak barrels for 9 months. Finally the wine is clarified and filtered before bottling. Sight

Nose

great flavour complexity, the nose is filled with black berries and bilberries, red berries like gooseberries .Displays delicate notes of flowers (red and purple roses); Milky notes over a light background of vanilla, with pepper and toasted aromas, all together in a good balance.

Taste

In the mouth the wine proves to be tasty and pleasant. It shows a good tannic structure , excellent balance between fruit and wood giving way to an elegant finish.
