Winemaking Process

Grapes are destemmed and partially crushed. The must is then transferred to 13,000L tronco-conic stainless steel tanks where it undergoes the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 27ºC-28ºC. Once the fermentation is finished the wine macerates with the grape skins, seeds and solid parts for 20 days and then it is pressed. The malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. To finish with, wine ages in American oak barrels for 12 months. Sight

Clean and bright, cherry red colour with light purple hues.

Nose

Good aromatic intensity, at first it develops some complex tertiary aromas due to the ?Crianza? period . Notes of spices, forest fruit primary aromas, ripe berries leading to a grape-wood ensambling which will slowly reduce in the bottle.

Taste

Good bodied wine. Soft and fresh in the mouth. Deep flavours, notes of black fruit along with banana and torrefact hints coming from the oak barrels. Good structure and balance, elegant tannings giving the wine a nice volume. The wine has undergone neither physics nor chemical process to make the tartaric stabilization.
