VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested very early and
pressed in a pneumatic press. The temperature of fermentation
is 16ºC and the clarification of must is made using the static
method
TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow in colour, greenish glints,
clean and brilliant. Dry and fine with intense fruity aromas and
structured body where acidity and alcohol are balanced and the
nose is persistent and long.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal with fish and seafood
dishes, desserts, soft cheeses and white meats
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10ºC
