Vinification:

White wine from a selected grapes collected in its

best state of maturity. After a slight cold maceration

we obtain by gravity the flower must for fermentation

in stainless steel tanks under very strict control

of temperature.

Tasting notes:

Pale yellow color wine with fine fruity aromas, fresh

and balanced on the palate and smooth.

Culinary notes:

This wonderful white wine is perfect for seafood,

salads, snacks, etc.

Best served cold 7º to 9º C.
