The nose is complex, without being overly
exuberant like some of its fellow wines from this region, that dazzle
on the nose, albeit without complexity or refinement, which tend to
fade. There are hints of ripe stone fruits, peach and apricot,
sensations of exotic fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit, fresh
citric notes and a very pleasant aroma of grapefruit, a trademark of
the house, with a refreshing finish of fresh grass hues. The mouth is
extremely well worked, with the correct volume and a delicate
texture, well combined and delightful. It is fresh with citrus sensations
that lengthen it. A pinch of salinity is appreciated with a slightly bitter
finish, which adds complexity and seriousness to a luxury Verdejo.
