WINE-MAKING PROCESS:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under temperature control and smooth daily pump-overs so as to enhance the extraction of the frank colours and aromas characteristic of San Asensio red wine.
TASTING NOTES:
Primary intense aromas of red fruits (blackberries, raspberries, red currants...) typical of Tempranillo grapes.
Medium-high robe cherry-red colour with violet tones.
Intense on the palate, flavoursome, fruity and very persistent with hints of liquorice.
PAIRING:
All kinds of meats, game and cheeses.
