This is a blend of 50% Macabeo and 50% Sauvignon Blanc, looking to balance the structure and body of the Macabeo with the freshness, elegance of the Sauvignon Blanc.

Pale lemon with a slightly golden rim. Dry, medium high acidity. Aromas and flavours of citric lemon, pineapple, red apple, asparagus, green fresh herbs, grass. Crispy white wine.
