Crafted from Mauritian molasses, meticulously distilled and aged for a minimum

of 4 years in seasoned Sherry oak casks. Bougainville VSOP expresses notes

of dried fruit, roasted nuts and caramel. Full flavoured with hints of Demerara

sugar, coffee and tobacco, finishing off on candied citrus.

Cool Fermentation of molasses 18 C - 24 C

Duration : 10 - 14 Days

Single Distillate: +/- 79 - 83 ABV before being

watered down to 65 ABV to fill the barrells.

Aged for a minimum of 4 years exclusively in 600 litres

Olorosso Sherry and Pedro Ximenez barrels.
