Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Variety: 100% Tempranillo.

Aging: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, with a later rounding in the bottle for 24 months.

Colour: Deep and ripe cherry-red color and intense garnet.

Nose: It has notes of sweet spices and aromatic herbs: thyme, rosemary, embedded in a background of toffee, chocolate and cocoa, characteristic of its aging process.

Taste: The taste is juicy and persistent, broad, with lively tannins and ripe high-quality fruit. It has a long life ahead.

Goes well wih: Dishes of many different flavors. Stewed in wine sauce, fish dishes. Aged cheeses and even black fruits desserts.

Consumption temperature: 17º - 19º.
