Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Intense Hondarrabi Zuri native grape variety bouquet, with organoleptic notes provided by Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and Petit Courbu varieties. As result a fruity, fresh and bright white whine is obtained. The incorporation of criomaceration in the elaboration process intensifies significantly the bouquets which burst impetuously in the corkage.

We do recommend to taste this wine cold, between 5-7 ºC (41-44,5 F), keeping it cool in ice bucket. Perfect with fish and seafish, as well as with meat, cheese and desserts. In the Basque Country it is usually tasted alone, as aperitive, with salad snacks.
