Our Eiswein is elaborated from grapes picked from the freezing wintery vineyards (of a minimum of of -8°C) and pressed while still deep frozen, thus extracting only precious little essence.

The result is a racy crystal clear fruit, a fireworks of tastes! The delicate acidity and a particularly rich variety of flavors make it a must for wine lovers!

Ice wine is often drunk on special occasions and is ideal as a dessert wine with strong tasting rich foods.
