Perfume: delicate and elegant, flavour of berries, soft fruits and sweet spices finish.

Flavour: dry and full-bodied, harmonious with good persistence.

Alcoholic strength: ±14% Vol.

Gastronomic coupling: refined wine; it is a proper accompaniment to the red meat dishes, especially braised or roasted meats, cheeses and elaborate dishes like fondue and truffles.
