TECHNICAL DATA

GRAPES: Tinta del país.

ELABORATIÓN: Monte Amán Young wine is produced with 100%

grapes from our own vineyards. One the grapes arrive at the winery and

start the fermentation process in stain steel tanks, the fermantation

temperature is controlled, allowing us to estract the colour.

When the wine fermentation has concluded, different fining processes are

conducted and the wine is ready to be bottle.

ALCOHOL CONTENT : 13,5º

TOTAL ACIDITY : 4,60 gr./l en Tartárico.

VOLATILE ACICIDY: 0,62 gr./l en Acético.

PH: 3,8

ORGANOLECTIC CHARACTERISTICS

SIGHT:

One can appreciate a lively cherry red colour with violet tones in fine

contrast. Clean and brillant.

NOSE:

The wine is clean and with an intense bouquet, with great potencial

exhibiting fruity aromas which remind the taster of mature fruit such as

blackberry and raspberry.

MOUTH:

Solt, dry and slightly acid in mouth, but with intense flavours. Well

developed, balanced and lightly fresh.

12º C - 14º C
