Cherry colour with a touch of brick-red glints. Pure with a strong presence of Tempranillo aromas, liquorice and red fruits in perfect balance with a touch of oak, vanilla and cinammon. On the palate, medium-bodied with light notes. Fresh acidity in perfect harmony with the tannin of the casks and a notable fruit-bearing load. Excellent, lingering aftertaste with balsamic hints. Ideal to pair with red meats and ripe cheese. Best serve at 16ºC.
