Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Grape varietal: Syrah, Monastrell and Garnacha.

Serving temperature: From 14 to 16 ºC.

Color: Clean and bright, cherry red color with very soft

violet tones at the rim.

Nose: Aromatic and friendly. Mix of fresh and ripe fruit

resulting very sweet giving way to a spicy background.

Mouth: Intense flavor in the mouth with a silky and

pleasant mouth attack. Fruit is getting more sugary

and notes of nuts appear.

Serving suggestions: Enjoy with rice dishes, poultry,

cold meat, white and red meat, cheese
