Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

In sight it is yellow with greenish hues. Very fine bubble. This cava has a nice fresh attack where the ripe fruit stands out. Also, nuts are detected, with very pleasant and soft tactile sensations. The persistence in the mouth is long and pleasant.
