Casa de la Loma Syrah is our first wine produced by the traditional method of carbonic maceration, avoiding grape breakage. Entire grape bunches are placed into the fermentation tanks to favor the development of aromatic hints and tasty features of this ancient technique. The temperature of wine consumption is very important to appreciate the nuance of organoleptic tasting sensations, Casa de la Loma Syrah is recommended to be tasted between 15 and 16 º C.

This is a wine to enjoy as an aperitif. Its qualities also make it a perfect choice to accompany any type of rice, red meats and average-cured cheeses.
