Sauvignon Blanc is the basis of this white wine, seducing the nose with hints of fresh green fruits such as lime, gooseberries, fine elderflowers and paprika. On the palate it develops a juicy fullbodiedness, with flavours of lime, grapefruit and a subtle note of paprika. It impresses with a fresh acidity combined with fine mineral notes and a semi-long resonance, characterized by citrus notes.
