Organic dry red wine. Variety : Garnatxa negra. Maceration-fermentation 15 days at 22 °C in stainless Steel - malolactic fermentation and immediately bottled.
Wine tasting note:
Sight: Cherry colour with purple hues.
Nose: Aromas of red fruit are detected, recalling the floral (violet) aromas.
Palate: Very fruity, recalling the fresh and beautifully balanced red fruit. Fruity aftertaste with gently tannins.
