A classic Cabernet with a complex bouquet redolent with vanilla and mild spice aromas as well as fine toast notes. Fruitiness reminiscent of blackcurrant with a touch of elderberry and ripe plum is supplemented by a whisper of leather, tobacco and cedar in the background as well as a fine herbal zest. In the mouth this Cabernet demonstrates a harmonious structure, incisive but with a well-integrated tannins, discreet fruit sugar and balsamic notes as finale.
