Organoleptic characteristics: Bright straw yellow. Abundant small bubbles, vertical and regular release, forms a good crown. Subtle and complex aromas from aging on lees. Dry, flavoursome and elegant on the palate thanks to a well attained harmony. Good persistence and extensive finish with well harmonized fruit tones.

Cava and food pairing: This cava was initially developed for the preparation of

cocktails such as Kir Royal due to its blend and virtually nonexistent sugar. But it can also be enjoyed by those who like a good brut cava to accompany white fish, appetizers and full fat cheeses.
