Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow with bright golden tones. Very small, persistent and abundant bubbles with regular release. Good crown and fine pearling. Very clean and powerful but fine on the nose. Aromas of long aging on lees with a background of fruit and floral notes, reminiscent of fresh apples and almond blossom. Very balanced on the palate with a rounded intense flavour, moderate acidity and good persistence. Well structured, dry, flavoursome and smooth, with a long and elegant finish, perfectly combining ageing aromas. Broad, powerful and complex finish on the nose.
