ROERO ARNEIS D.O.C.G.

Vine-strain: 100% Arneis.

Vinification: is made by fermenting the juice of

grapes, without the presence of the skins, in

stainless steel tank, where temperatures are kept

low for all the fermentation.

Maturation: 3 months ?sur lies? in stainless steel

tanks.

Colour: straw yellow, with greenish highlights.

Perfume: delicate and floral, rich of fruits scent

that remember apples and pears.

Flavour: tasty and fresh, full-bodied with a persistent finish.

Alcoholic strength: ±13,5%Vol.

Gastronomic coupling: excellent aperitif; it is a proper

accompaniment to the ?hors-d?oeuvre? and the delicate ?first dishes?,

fish and white meats. It can be served at about 8°C.
