Organoleptic characteristics: After twelve hours of maceration, presents a delicate salmon ? pink color. Exuberant on nose, recalling cherry and small red berries. Gentle, voluptuous, fleshy and velvety on the palate, it passes trough de mouth with an explosion of tiny sensations of very ripe red fruit with a slightly acid background, giving it freshness and elegance. In retronasal passage notes of ripe fruit jam reminiscent of apple are accentuated.

Pairing: Excellent with cold cuts and duck breast.
