Vine-strain: 100% Nebbiolo.

Vinification: long traditional fermentation for

about 21 days.

Aging period: 60 months in big oak barrels

Colour: intense garnet .

Perfume: complex and intense, with spices

and boisè scent.

Flavour: dry and full-bodied, harmonious

with good persistence.

Alcoholic strength: ± 14% Vol.

Gastronomic coupling: refined wine; it is a proper

accompaniment to the second red meat, especially braised or

roasted meats, cheeses and elaborate dishes like fondue and

truffles. It can be served at about 18°C.
