Nighttime harvest of Otazu Merlot parcels. It is made using the traditional free-running method in order to maintain the personality and varietal characteristics of the wine. After a cold maceration of 8 hours during which the must obtains its typical rosé color, it is then fermented for 15 days.

Raspberry pink color with violet gleams. Intense nose with red fruits aromas and candy notes. Crisp and fruity on the palate, with good volume.
