COLOUR: Clean, transparent lemon yellow with delicate turquoise cobalt highlights, becoming a warmer, soft yellow towards the rim. Clean and bright.

Good tears, fluid and dense.

NOSE: Very intense before swirling; with a gentle memory of toast; this disappears as you swirl, giving way to stone fruit ? peach, apricot etc. Aromatic intensity increases, with white flowers and citrus over a background of bakery aromas.

PALATE: Fresh and aromatic, marked by the necessary acidity. Silky, fatty, voluminous, tasty. Very friendly on the palate, marked by a tropical background of pineapple.

Ripe viura blends well with the oak, providing a highly complex flavour.

The wine has a permanent, intense and warm finish. Provides abundant mouth watering, faintly saline, very flavoursome, with sweet and savoury tones at the same time.
