ELABORATION:

To obtain this wine, must of the Moscatel variety at a very low pressure has been used. Always in stainless steel tanks and at very low temperature the natural decantation takes place, obtaining a clean grape juice that fermentates at a low temperature until it reaches the desired sugar concentration, the moment when the fermentation is stopped and we get this natural sweet.

TASTING NOTES:

Greeny yellow color, dense in the glass with thick tear. Very intense bouquet with fig, green apple and compoted fruit, with some reminiscence of citric fruit and a continuous variation with aromas migrating from different fruits and flowers.

Long and intense in the mouth, softly and velvety. With a pleasant sweetness and fresh sensations.

PAIRING:

It works well as appetizer or dessert wine. It goes very well with pates and cheese as well as with acidic fruit.

The optimum temperature for consumption is between 4 and 7ºC.
