Valpolicella Classic Superior D.O.C. SR of Rino Sartori is a wine obtained by local grape varieties of Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.

The grapes coming from the classic region of Valpolicella are monitored at early stages on the land. These are then harvested at an ideal ripeness, crushed and macerated for about 6-8 days prior to the fermentation period using the traditional method of monitoring the temperature in order to preserve its typical aromas.

Valpolicella Classic Superior has a higher alcohol content and is aged for at least one year before to commercial release.

It is a wine with an intense ruby colors, a fruity scent of small red berries and strawberries accompanied with a slight note of vanilla.

It has a good acidity and a dry smooth taste well bodied with a well balanced structure.

Valpolicella Classic is recommended with pasta dishes, white and red meat, game, cheese and cold cuts.

All these features certify this product in the middle to high range of the Rino Sartori Family.

We recommend a serving temperature of 18-20° C and uncork at least one hour before consumption.
