Ageing process: This wine has aged for 18 months (6 months in american and french oak casks and 12 more in its own bottle).

Appearance: Deep cheery colour.

Nose: At first, there are lovely fruity aromas, suggestive wild red berry fruit. Hints of vanilla, toffee and cinnamon also come through.

Mouth: Flavours of cherry and raspberry fruit on the mid-palate and in the finish come to the fore spice and roasted coffee beans.

Finish: It is a fresh and lingering finish. Velvety red wine pairs very well with meat, mushrooms, rice and cheese
