Tasting Notes: The result is a white fresh txakolina with very varietal character, pale, clear and bright, with "green-lemon" yellow tones. Its intense fruit aromas, typical of the variety, remind to peach, apple and fresh grass with some floral reminiscence.

The palate of "Xarmant" is fresh, soft, light and balanced, with a bitter taste touch and a delicate acidulous aftertaste. It contains a carbonic tip that makes it cheerful and youth.
